I love COSTCO. It is always a pleasant experience to get a refund at COSTCO. I got my full refund in just one minute. For Costco members to return a product, no matter it's consumable or food or how much it has been consumed, you get a full refund.
I didn’t notice Costco has such a wonderful policy until a friend told me once he bought 10 bananas and requested a refund when there’re only 3 left. He got a full refund.
Is this why I love Costco? Because of its return policy? Of course not, it is also because all the Costco stores in Taiwan (total 14 now) are protected by AVA in their Electric and Mechanical rooms. Of course I love Costco, I love my customers.
